DAY 1:
WELCOME
The tour takes place in the German-speaking province of SOUTH Tyrol. The region itself is called Trentino Alto Adige which cosists of the two historical areas, Trentino and Alto Adige, alto adige is a former part of Austria’s Tyrol region. The area has several valleys equipped with bike paths dotted by charming villages and hiking trails that afford the most stunning views. This day will be designed with respect to your travel plans with time to familiarise yourself with the bikes, go for a warm-up ride,
DAY 2:
RESIA PASS LOOP
This is the must-DO ride if you are in the Dolomites. Admire the beautiful and sunny landscapeS of the Venosta VALLEY and discover countless attractions during your trip along thE ancient trade route of the historic Via Claudia Augusta TRAIL WHIcH datES back to Roman times, The idyllic Lake Resia is unique due to its famous bell tower PROTRUDING FROM the WATER.
DAY 3:
WAY TO BOZEN
Enjoy an easy and delightful ride along one of Italy’s most celebrated cycling paths, where every pedal stroke brings new wonders. Glide through the charming villages of Lasa and Silandro, surrounded by rolling vineyards and the majestic backdrop of the Alps, before reaching the picturesque town of Laces. Pause for a leisurely lunch in the enchanting town of Merano, Your journey culminates in the vibrant city of Bolzano (Bozen in German), a captivating blend of Italian and Austrian cultures, where cobblestone streets, medieval architecture, and a lively piazza await. This ride is a perfect mix of scenic beauty, cultural discovery, and culinary delights—a true cyclist’s dream!
DAY 4:
CALDARO LAKE LOOP
Indulge in a leisurely and enchanting loop ride along the famed “Ciclopista Oltradige”, where every turn reveals a postcard-perfect scene of vineyards, orchards, and meandering rivers. Pause at the idyllic Lake Caldaro, Known for its exceptional wine productionAs the afternoon unfolds, immerse yourself in the vibrant charm of Bolzano’s bustling city center, led by a knowledgeable local guide.
DAY 5:
TRENTO IS CALLING
The Bolzano to Trento bike path is one of the most important cycling routes in the DOLOMITES, linking the provinces of Bolzano, Trento, and Verona (in Veneto) from north to south, and connecting the heart of the Alps to the Po Valley. As it has been for thousands of years, the Adige Valley remains a preferred transit route to Italy FROM AUSTRIA, even for cyclists heading to southern European destinations. Trento is a vibrant city that is WELL known for its rich history and culture. It is home to several museums and art galleries including the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto, and the Tridentine Diocesan Museum. The city is also known for its beautiful architecture including the striking Duomo di Trento and the imposing Castello del Buonconsiglio.
DAY 6:
ADMIRE THE OUTSTANDING GARDA LAKE
This ride will take us through the village of PietramuratA FROM WHERE WIL WILL REACH THE beautiful scenery on the shores of Lake Cavedine. After lunch we will continue our ride through the Sarca River valley, where you will be surrounded by the imposing limestone mountains, bountiful vineyards, and countless fruit orchards. The picturesque village of Arco will be our final brief break before continuing on to reach the northern part of Lake Garda. The lake is an extremely popular destination for German tourists who visit the area for its range of outdoor activities, mild climate and ease of communication due to its use of their native language. The presence of Mediterranean-like plant species gives this area a very unique charm.
DAY 7:
